Location is really walkable, making it best option for return on money...Staff was good and supportive. Best of all, really practical and compact kitchenette...Good option for long stay

Rooms and locations was good but staff and systems was very bad no health any safety at all mangers was very helpful person very friendly but lifts was rubbish 3 lifts was for 300 rooms

walking 15-20min to Kabah, recommend a shuttle or bus takes people down to haram especially those with difficulty walking, old or disabled.

Most horrible lift in this hotel , most of lift no working and management Also never bother about it , mod of people stay here for umrah purposes, so every time Have to wait 30 to 40 lift for go down n up till pray time over ,

its a very basic hotel with alot of wear and tear. very basic rooms and small bathrooms. I believe for this price the room is justified but the elevators are dirty and broken. staff is also not too supportive or active.
